A woman with dark hair and intricate facial tattoos, wearing a cobalt blue and silver filigree corset, works within a pressurized steampunk observatory. She is meticulously drafting a technical blueprint of the Mona Lisa onto a translucent glass pane. Through the circular port windows, a vibrant underwater valley of pink rocks and rushing turquoise currents is visible, featuring prehistoric birds and a massive ticking clock submerged in the depths. The room is filled with hanging brass lamps, old bookshelves, and complex mechanical valves. She holds a technical pen with a determined smirk, blending historical art with advanced underwater engineering. Hyper-detailed, dark moody lighting, Bioshock-inspired aesthetic.
